Application:
Ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is an additive to be put into molten iron to spherize the graphite in cast iron.
This product is a kind of alloy that we add Calcium, Magnesium
and Rare earth to Ferrosilicon and also called as Magnesium alloy Nodulizer which is
a good kind of Nodulizer. Its mechanical strength is high. It also has good desulfurization
and deoxidization effects.
Rare Earth Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is used to produce nodulizer and inoculation. It is also used as additive and alloying
constituent to make iron and steel.
Introduction:
Ferro silicon magnesium Nodulizer is remelting alloy composing of rare earth, magnesium, silicon and calcium.
Ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is an excellent nodulizer with strong effect of deoxidation and desulfurization.
Ferrosilicon, Ce+La mish metal or rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium are the main raw materials of Ferro silicon magnesium Nodulizer.
The production of ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is performed in submerged arc furnace, medium frequency furnace can also be used.
